I had seen a video sometime back and it’s a video tutorial of the meaning of our NATIONAL ANTHEM Jana Gana Mana” demonstrated by some school students. Suddenly I could realize that being an Indian, and I’m hearing this anthem since my childhood, I don’t know its meaning. Even some words which I pronounce are also incorrect. Let me ask you 1 question. How many of you know the meaning of our NATIONAL ANTHEM???
Come to think of it, even I get emotional when I sing our National Anthem, but, that is purely because of respect, not because I understand what I sing. I am not talking here about the meaning of name of places like Punjab, Sindh, Gujarat, Maratha... So, I just wanted to know if I am left alone or there are many others who sing without knowing what it really means.
Finally I searched on internet and could get the meaning of it.
